If it's THEIR fault, like a misprint or damage, they're usually pretty good about fixing it. If you just typed something wrong, that's probably on you though. Best to double-check everything before ordering.

Yeah, I had an issue where the color was way off from what I saw on screen and they sorted it out for me, sent a replacement. But if you approved the design and it was your typo, you might be out of luck.
